Specially bottled for us at The Whisky Shop, this Loch Lomond expression was laid down in 2013, and decanted in 2023 at a cask strength of 56% abv. Made with unpeated barley, and free from chill filtration, the single cask had an outrun of just 254 bottles.
Expect cinnamon baked red apple and silky golden syrup on the nose with ripe pears and malted barley sweetness. The palate brings flavours of golden raisins and sultanas followed candied orange, ground ginger and warming oak spices well into the finish.
