Presenting The Macallan Classic Cut 2023, an exceptional single malt matured within a combination of American oak bourbon casks and sherry seasoned European oak casks. The expression was bottled at 50.3% abv, made for a 'one cut' of water which unlocks layers of flavour.
Elegant aromas of pears and elderflower, lead to light almond and rich vanilla notes. The palate shines with sweet and creamy vanilla, juicy pears and lemon peel with delicate oak. With a drop of water, almond biscotti flavour takes centre stage.
